Our President - Neil G. Hickey

Neil G. Hickey is a Registered QMS Lead Auditor (Canada and USA) and an AS9100 Aerospace Experienced Auditor (AEA) who has been working with organizations that have been implementing and developing quality systems and initiatives for almost 15 years. Neil is also an ISO 9000, QS-9000, TS 16949, and AS9100 auditor, consultant, trainer, author, and program developer.

As part of Neil's current assignments, Neil currently conducts registration and surveillance audits for the AS9100 and ISO 9000 series of quality management system standards. For almost 10 years, Neil has been on contract with the Quality Management Institute (QMI) a division of the Canadian Standards Organization to conduct registration and surveillance audits for the ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.

In addition to Neil's auditing experience, Neil has designed and implemented quality systems, and designed and delivered quality system training, on ISO 9000, AS9100, TS/ISO 16949, QS-9000, ISO 14000, HACCP, Total Quality Management (TQM), and CE Mark assistance with companies involved numerous industries.

As part of Neil's training development efforts, Neil has designed and developed workshops that have been accredited by both the Registration Accreditation Board and the Project Management Institute.

Part of Neil's quality management system development experience, Neil has assisted many organizations in achieving third-party accreditation. His work has included documentation development, on-going maintenance, and coordinating and directing implementation initiatives and strategies.

One of Neil more recent consulting engagements was assisting a logistics service provider in being successfully registered to ISO 9001:2000, in just a very short five month timeframe.
